Technical Support Specialist

At least 3 years of previous help desk experience is strongly preferred. A positive, friendly attitude towards internal clients is essential to provide a high level of customer service using excellent communication skills to all levels of employees and management.

Requirements | Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/Windows Server 2016, website hosting with IIS is a plus
  • Experience with administering Active Directory, Windows Domain Controllers, and DNS
  • Proficient with configuration and maintenance of Office 365 related software and services
  • Managing backups for datacenter and on-premise resources with BackupExec using agents for VMware and MS-SQL Server
  • VMware ESXi administration, virtualization, systems deployment, device rack and stacking in our data center and field offices
  • Experience in a 24/7 production environment and able to be on call 24/7
  • Must be able to perform day to day PC maintenance and service all help desk requests for hardware and software for internal users
  • Must be able to facilitate software engineering team with day to day requests for hardware, software, testing, and configuration
  • Capability in systems evaluation, systems analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Be proficient with support ticketing systems
  • Work with SharePoint; create system documentation and support documentation
  • Detail oriented, creative, team player
  • Other special projects as assigned by Management

Work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes, and equipment


Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Information Systems
