Sr. Client Relations Director

The Director of Client Relations will play an integral part as an industry leader by developing and implementing best-in-class affiliate strategies. The Client Director is responsible for ensuring client teams meet advertiser objectives, build a healthy pipeline, improve retention, and overseeing channel. In this role, you will drive sales and assist in client optimization and strategy of a newly launched division of The ideal candidate will possess a strong partner management background, strong leadership skills, full understanding of all the elements required to enable and grow strategic partnerships. Affiliate Marketing Experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a performance team of 2-5 account management professionals in a fast paced, newly constructed environment.
  • Oversee and maintain Advertiser SaaS platform.
  • Execute strategic initiatives to boost the competitiveness of FlexOffers services and health of advertiser relationships.
  • Have a growth mindset, understand that every challenge is an opportunity.
  • Ensure client teams successfully meet advertiser objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser/coach and collaborator in handling client objections and all complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide high-level technical and product support.
  • Lead upsell opportunities.
  • Responsible for customer acquisition by building a robust pipeline, uncovering new verticals and businesses to go after and building relationships with prospective customers.
  • Work closely with Publisher Sales, Publisher portfolio’s, Support, Billing, and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure client teams successfully meet advertiser objectives.
  • Embraces and drives for change and is an entrepreneur.
  • Working with peers within and across Pod teams to ensure collaboration and best practice sharing across Pods


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years Affiliate Marketing Experience.
  • 5+ years Sales or Business Development Experience.
  • Proven Leadership, Staff management and Coaching skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to Travel up to 10%.
  • Critical thinking and problem solver.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent people managing skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems.
