The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for growing brand awareness and marketing on our company in the most efficient and engaging way possible. Candidates must have a proven track record of sales, marketing, and leadership to drive new client acquisition in a competitive and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Possesses strong analytical capabilities and is responsible for driving sales efforts
  • Motivates sales and marketing teams to stay focused and deliver on their goals and objectives to deliver profitable growth
  • Analyze marketing campaigns activity to ensure publishers deliver the best ROI
  • Monitor market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team
  • Work closely with the marketing team to establish successful campaigns and marketing programs
  • Manages key advertiser, network and agencies relationships and participates in closing strategic opportunities
  • Develop affiliate marketing strategies with the aim of recruiting new advertiser partners and delivering sales volume
  • Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners and to develop key relationships
  • Plan and implement company marketing plans and policies to increase sales
  • Ensure marketing ideas coincide with the company’s brand and mission statement
  • Collaborate with other departments to effectively promote company goals and directives
  • Manage the development of marketing communications, including newsletters, blogs, info-graphics, and social media

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must work well under pressure
  • Good time management and attention to details are essential
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role
  • Ability to work well independently and effectively prioritize assignments
  • Ability to learn and grow with new technology and trends including usage of all social media outlets
  • Strong understanding of organizational and corporate structure required
  • Ideally 2 years of sales experience in at least one of the following areas: online marketing, performance marketing, and/or agency/affiliate management
  • Driven sales and marketing person who excels in reaching ambitious sales targets
  • Skilled at successfully co-managing multiple agencies, departments, and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Great interpersonal skills

Education Requirements

Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred with a sales/media/marketing focus OR similar hands-on experience in the field of performance marketing (Consumer data, Branding, Display Advertising, Email marketing, Affiliate Marketing).
