We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Rep team, we need to locate and launch exciting new opportunities for our Advertiser partners. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential Publisher partners. A “Publisher” is defined as a concept, website, blog, social platform, mobile app that drives traffic to a brand or company’s site. The Sales Rep will be part of FlexOffers.com Sales team and will be accountable for locating and launching Publishers with up-and-coming, relevant business models that have significant traffic and revenue opportunities. You will focus on new customer acquisition for FlexOffers.com products which include primarily Affiliate Marketing and Display opportunities for our Advertiser partners. Training into the world of Affiliate Marketing will be offered.

   KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Publisher recruitment enabling our Network to expand our reach via additional marketing channels, add new and incremental distribution channels not currently leveraged
  • Recruit and provide the means to connect with more potential publishers, particularly in terms of relevant niches and different business models
  • Seek out and build relationships with industry contacts for new business opportunities
  • Represent FlexOffers.com at trade shows and affiliate marketing events (not at this moment)
  • Identify and develop new publisher sales leads within assigned territory
  • Produce a high volume of sales related activity (cold calls, presentations, proposals)
  • Formulate and present strategic presentations
  • Work closely with internal team members during sales process to define a sales strategy that meets client and FlexOffers.com needs
  • Understand our competitive landscape to effectively sell against competitors and position FlexOffers.com the market leader
  • Sell new accounts in timely sales cycle while maintaining an active pipeline
  • Meet and exceed all sales and revenue target

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work sales experience in sales 2+ years of online sales and or marketing experience desired.
  • Experience selling Affiliate Marketing a plus!
  • Retail and/or finance expertise is also highly desired.
  • Proven record of generating new revenue and exceeding sales quota.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Desire to learn and grow in an industry-leading web marketing company.
  • Be comfortable making own decisions, but strictly abide to set rules and guidelines.
  • Proven record of success in a consultative selling environment.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Team player
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Have high speed Internet @ home

Education Requirements

Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, sales/media/marketing focus OR similar hands-on experience in the field of performance marketing (Consumer data, Branding, Display Advertising, Email marketing, Affiliate Marketing).

Monday-Sunday

-Part-time: 24 hours (3days / 8-hour shifts)

-Fulltime: 38 hours (5days / 8-hour shifts)

 

 

Benefits Package

Salary: 1099 Based (Independent contractor) $15.00 per hour + Commissions + Opportunity for future career growth
