Lead Full Stack Software Developer (REMOTE)

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Software Developer who is highly skilled in enterprise web development of high load/high traffic websites and related applications. Expert experience level at the below technologies, high level project management and leadership.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years Expert Level experience with Full Stack website development (.Net Core, REACT, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, Kendo UI, HTML, CSS, Redis)
  • Strong leadership skills and has been the lead developer for at least 2 years at a previous position
  • Must have led the implementation of new websites/major upgrades of web technologies
  • Expert at AGILE/SCRUM development, will lead several AGILE development teams with separate website development initiatives
  • Strong experience with high-traffic outward facing websites, able to implement CDN/caching, able to test and optimize for page speed
  • Strong knowledge of creating scalable web applications (integrating services, APIs, cache layers, JavaScript libraries)
  • Advanced experience with data layer, LINQ, SQL, writing stored procedures, creating/optimizing queries, adding indexes and tables
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (Chrome Dev Tools, Logs, Tracing, Debugging, TFS)
  • Expert at prototyping and developing new systems and enjoys coding with new techniques and technologies
  • Expert-level knowledge of coding patterns and application architecture
  • Will serve as a technical lead who mentors, trains and supports other software developers, along with performing design, code reviews & drive / coordinate performance employee reviews.
  • Lead developer for website related software development projects and will be responsible for all website code releases
  • Must respond quickly and effectively to production issues, will be responsible for any issues related to web development
  • Experience working with Source Control Systems (TFS, GIT)
  • Experience with release management, will work on automated deployments/releases with TFS
  • Excellent technical writing skills (documentation, application design), will be responsible for web development training and documentation
  • Must be dependable, trustworthy, team player
  • Detail oriented & creative
  • Other misc. tasks assigned by management.
