We are currently looking to add a creative, strategic, and motivated individual to join our sales and marketing team. As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will help develop and activate high-net generating campaigns, create copy that engages clients to drive uptake of FlexOffers’ program offerings, while ensuring that our voice and message is on brand and fits the distinct needs for the company. This position will continuously evolve and support a vision championing a client centric marketing approach throughout the company and create a best-in-class customer service experience under the Advertising Sales group for company clients.

The position will be instrumental in transforming and building our sales and marketing department into a performance powerhouse in alignment with the demand and growth of the overall business. The successful candidate for this position will effectively influence all departments to execute the vision of the company.

An average day for our Digital Content Coordinator might be 40% Campaign Management and Activation, 40% Content Development, and 20% Partnership/Sales Support.


  • Coordinate with all required parties for advertising campaign deliverables including but not limited to scheduling, building and campaign execution
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to translate key ideas/themes into compelling content that delivers engagement and conversions
  • Create and maintain a library of creative assets for company clients and provide additional creative as requested
  • Create newsletters, advertising and promotional editorial copy, banners, and other creative assets as required
  • Perform tests on campaigns prior to deployment and monitor live campaigns, to ensure integrity, quality and accuracy of all data and assets
  • Ensure achievement of all company standards, protocols and contractual requirements
  • Maintain campaigns in ad delivery system and execute all necessary creative changes
  • Identify internal and external resources for use in campaign development
  • Assist clients and internal teams as needed, in a manner that upholds customer and company client service expectations
  • Assist sales team by administering and recording Sales team Advertiser Insertion Orders
  • Respond to general client inquiries via assigned company email inboxes, and action inquiries to appropriate departments and individuals within the organization
  • Assist in direct client support inquiries which may involve customer emails and calls, reporting and analysis, and work with cross-departmental team members to help with client needs
  • Detail oriented, creative, team player
  • Misc. activities with respect to the needs of the business

Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally 2 years of sales experience in at least one of the following areas: online marketing, performance marketing, and/or agency/affiliate management
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment
  • Skilled at successfully co-managing multiple agencies, departments, and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Great interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent overall computer skills – Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in spoken and written English required
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and/or other online marketing channels a plus
  • Sales experience a plus

Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred with a sales/media/marketing focus OR similar hands-on experience in the field of performance marketing (Consumer data, Branding, Display Advertising, Email marketing, Affiliate Marketing).
