The Campaign Coordinator will assist with the execution and optimization of advertising for FlexOffers brand-side clients. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Customer Success, and will actively support Account Management team in activities to close sales opportunities, execute on coordinating assets and scheduling for campaign deliverables. This role will also review performance data and support sales enablement efforts to scale the business and grow value to clients. We are looking for a motivated individual, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
Responsibilities:
- Support contract execution, logging and documentation of sales insertion order activity
- Schedule advertising placements on the campaign calendar
- Gather proof of placements for advertiser review
- Coordinate sourcing and delivery of creative assets between clients and Content Coordinator
- Work cross-functionally with editorial, accounting, compliance, advertiser and publisher teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Recommend enhancements to strategy and process / documentation as they occur
- Assist in creating performance reports
- Perform campaign performance reviews to support opportunities for case studies, renewals, opportunity expansion
- Additional duties and responsibilities as determined by business needs
Required:
- 1-2 years Online Advertising or Social Media Experience
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (ex: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and acute attention to detail
- Strong time management and organization skill, ability to prioritize and self-manage while multi-tasking

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
