This position acts as a key business partner to manage the full lifecycle of paid digital media campaigns for the company’s clients. The ideal candidate is a confident salesperson who can manage complete sales and post-sale activities of assigned clients and associated campaigns. This includes development of paid media pricing and marketing collateral, preparing and pitching campaign proposals to clients.

Responsibilities include client sales calls, pricing and contract negotiation, ensuring all campaigns are executed with appropriate tracking and assets requirements incorporated into campaigns, mid and post-campaign reporting, analysis, and subsequent recommendations. Additional duties involve development of case studies, liaising with cross-departmental stakeholders to develop and enhance the company’s paid media solutions, and development of marketing collateral and one-sheets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the sales and fulfillment of small and mid-size contracts. Successfully pitches and signs new paid media opportunities with clients for distribution in our network of digital media partners. Develops proposals, negotiate pricing, facilitates execution of paid media insertion orders. Manages the communication of requirements and assets between all associated parties to ensure successful, complete execution of agreed on campaigns. Coordinates with Accounting team to ensure accurate processes for payment obligations between associated parties.
  • Responsible for campaign performance tracking, including monitoring ROAS progress tracking, auditing to ensure accuracy of agreed on content and assets requirements, monitoring active and post-campaign progress. Analyzes campaign results to help make recommendations for additional opportunities to renew, upsell, and cross-sell clients on the company’s service and solutions.
  • Acts as primary liaison for all paid media campaign related activities between clients, traffic and cross-departmental resources. Develops relationship with the Sales organization to help make recommendations for paid media group strategy, identifying needs for new publishers/traffic distribution partners, advertisers, communicating efficiencies and infrastructural / process enhancement needs, and acting as a first responder for client issues.
  • Works with Director of Network Performance to develop seasonal paid media strategy and opportunities, facilitates development of pricing and creation of rate card collateral. Works with assigned Publishers to develop advertising sponsorship packages to meet the assigned business objectives.
  • Reliable, confident self-starter.   • Meet and exceed all sales and revenue targets.
  • Represent FlexOffers at trade shows and affiliate marketing events.
  • Assist affiliate marketing team in departmental tasks.

 Requirements / Skills

  • 2+ years of online marketing in an e-commerce-based business with experience in at least one of the following online fields: SEO/SEM, Email, Affiliates, Display/Re-targeting, Social, Content/Creative Creation.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, have excellent analytic and communication skills with a proven track record of program growth and optimization.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, excels at prioritizing and timelines across internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education

  • Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred with a sales/media/marketing focus OR similar hands-on experience in the field of Affiliate Marketing
