Affiliate Marketing Manager (Experience Required) – (Remote)

This position will be responsible for optimizing Affiliate Programs at for maximum exposure across the web. This includes evaluating current publishers, advertisers and identifying and recruiting new clients, as well as motivating current clients to improve campaign performance and maintain good relationships with publishers. Monitor all affiliate practices ensuring that they are in compliance. Manage and develop new partnerships using the performance marketing model like retargeting, comparison shopping engines and other online advertising efforts ensuring all programs had a positive return on investments based on revenue, cost and margins. In addition to managing these affiliates, this individual will participate in merchant relations, affiliate/employee training and product and advertising campaigns development to drive traffic to all sites on a cost per sale basis.



  • Responsible for driving new client engagements and enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Successfully launch new affiliate programs and program improvements.
  • Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as Newsletters, blog posts, and offers.
  • Recruit new publishers, joint venture opportunities, and strategic relationships subject to Client approval.
  • Create marketing plans for each initiative, including key initiatives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Develop, track, and manage offers for merchant partners, including establishing benchmarks and reporting relevant metrics.
  • Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates and joint venture partners have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate programs, new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI.
  • Contact Advertisers and OPM agencies to establish co-marketing relationships, and proactively manage these relationships on an ongoing basis.
  • Work directly with Marketing Director to develop testing, monitoring, reporting and other technological integration with existing systems.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners and to develop key relationships.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years affiliate marketing experience, preferably online.
  • Retail experience with online advertising, and/or digital marketing strongly preferred.
  • Candidate must have strong analytical and presentation skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and internet-based business models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Other misc tasks assigned by management.


Education Requirements

Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
