We are currently looking to add a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Advertiser Development team. This position will continuously evolve a vision championing a client centric marketing approach throughout the company and define an actionable client acquisition strategy that advances business goals and objectives.

Our Affiliate Marketing Associates provide support to our Account Management team and our valued clients. In this role, you will learn to maintain a portfolio of Advertiser clients, serving as a central point-of-contact. At first, you’ll be delivering campaign performance reports, answering questions, and assisting clients with issues either directly or through one of the more senior members of your account team. As your knowledge base grows, you will have the skills and knowledge to manage your own clients and even optimize our clients’ business.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving new client engagements and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Responsible for building comprehensive strategic account plans for each named prospect.
• Provide pricing, packaging, and contract support during the sales & negotiation process with all prospects.
• Respond to advertisers’ inquiries and issues in a quick and efficient manner.
• Successfully launch new affiliate programs and program improvements.
• Execute specific outbound sales campaigns, generally targeting large or otherwise non-responsive prospects.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of FlexOffers’ services, clients, and overall marketplace.
• Maintain a library of creative assets for all managed clients and provide KPIs as requested.
• Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners and to develop key relationships.

• Affiliate / Online Marketing Experience a MUST
• Has experience in a sales function, either inbound or outbound for a professional / marketing service or technology, with a focus on digital.
• Isn’t afraid to get on the phone and believes they can close every deal.
• Is persistent and willing to run the extra mile it might take to get the meeting.
• Loves to continually learn and stay ahead of the industry pack.
• Is self-motivated, can work well on his/her own, and does not require constant feedback and oversight.
• Loves to work closely with team members and collaborate on better solutions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment building something with others.
• Ability to travel.

 

Education:

Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred with a sales/media/marketing focus OR similar hands-on experience in the field of performance marketing (Consumer data, Branding, Display Advertising, Email marketing, Affiliate Marketing).
