Customer Service Specialist Remote

The position will be instrumental in providing critical support and guidance to our customers and clients that make our company successful. We are seeking a well-organized self-starter who learns quickly and can work independently with minimal supervision. 

The Customer Support Specialist is the primary recipient of inquiries from publishers using our PublisherPro online portal, providing answers, directions, and advice via phone, email, chat, social media, and more. The specialist will become a subject matter expert to provide great advice, escalate important tickets to other subject matter experts, write new support articles, and provide backup to other Support and Compliance employees as needed. 


  • Answer incoming emails and tickets to provide publishers with the support they need on various topics 
  • Answer phone calls and live chats 
  • Customer Service Support 
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features 
  • Edit and author support articles as needed 
  • Escalate issues as required and manage and close those escalations 
  • Provide backup to the Support department with various tasks, as required 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned 



  • 3-4 years of customer service experience in an office environment 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required 
  • Experience with Live Chats 
  • Experience with CRM programs a plus 
  • Experience with Zendesk a plus 
  • Experience working in the online advertising and/or affiliate marketing space a plus 
  • Loves to continually learn and stay ahead of the industry pack 
  • Is self-motivated, able to work well on his/her own 
  • Loves to work closely with team members and collaborate on better solutions. 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment building something with others 
  • Possess a proactive approach

AA degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent experience 



$40K-$45K + Amazing Benefits Package
